Almost all of the components of the Stels 700 Dinli ATV are provided by the Taiwanese manufacturer Dinli, which is precisely indicated in the name of the model. The assembly of this ATV is carried out at the Zhukovsky Motorcycle Plant, located near the city of Bryansk. It should be noted that in addition to assembly, this company also produces frames for assembled machines. Currently, the plant produces many plastic parts and aluminum castings. In addition, at the production stage of the ATV, modernization is carried out taking into account Russian operating conditions. Thus, the reliability of products for the Russian consumer was increased.
In 2010, some changes began to be observed in the Stealth 700 Dingli model, namely the frame and the mounting points for the levers were strengthened. Durable plastic was installed on the footboards, which has increased resistance to low temperatures. The air intakes that capture air for the CVT have been raised by 75 millimeters. Shock absorbers with remote reservoirs appeared on the suspension struts. In addition, the new shock absorbers are adjustable for rebound, compression and preload. Accidental engagement of the locking front differential has been completely eliminated due to special protection. The maximum configuration of this ATV includes a cage, a winch and MAXXIS Big Horn tires with alloy wheels.
It should be noted that the Stels 700 Dinli model is one of the most powerful ATVs available in the Stels utilitarian line. The seat of the model is designed for two people. Initially, the ATV was developed mainly for outdoor activities, including off-road driving. However, the capabilities of the technology also allow it to be used when performing any work, for example, towing cargo. The ATV is equipped with a gasoline power unit with a displacement of 694 cubic meters. The engine allows you to reach a maximum speed of 110 kilometers per hour, which is a pretty good indicator for such equipment. The engine is protected from overheating by a liquid cooling system. Also standard on the model is a cardan drive, when many other models use a chain drive, LCD display and alloy wheels.
The ATV can travel a fairly long distance, and this is facilitated not only by the efficiency of the engine, but also by the spacious, 20-liter fuel tank. The front and rear suspension are independent, equipped with two wishbones made of aluminum. The model has a reliable disc brake system.

ATV Stels 700 H reviews.
Hello to all quadromaniacs from Stels, Arctic Cat, Yamaha and other companies from the capital of Siberia, Tobolsk! I myself have a 700D, but it doesn’t matter - D or H or some other crap. The only thing that matters is operating experience. I have driven about 2,500 km on my tractor, I ride both just for sport and fishing, picking mushrooms and berries. But I haven’t read the site for a long time, and then I sat down and looked through all the reviews about winter operation, and about cross-country ability, and about variator belts, in short about everything, so by adding your personal experience, you can make a small point-by-point breakdown. So: 1. I verified how the quad starts in cold weather on my tractor. In short, almost nothing. And in general, the winter exploitation of the quad, or rather its brutal rape in the crudest form, is not for me and without me. For winter I have an Arctic Cat snowmobile. Anyone who has compared at least once understands that comparison is pointless, a quad versus a snowflake is a complete zero. And by the way, dear oxotniki85, you didn’t confuse the snow with bird’s down, so that the depth is 35 cm by 26 cm of clearance in the lungs - this is complete nonsense! 2. Now you, dear Lovac, maybe in the Pskov region the fields and fresh plowing look like a good football field, and the forests are a recreation park in a forested area with alleys rolled into asphalt, then the beast goes anywhere (why not go ), only bad luck - there are not many forests around Tobolsk and you can’t even walk on foot, the windfalls are such that you’ll break your legs, even if you’re on wheels. Well, the logging roads and technological roads along the pipeline (oil and gas) are so broken that the tracks are waist-deep in places, and in most cases there is no bottom on these roads at all in the summer - you know, swamps! So the only option for moving along the manes is if there are clearings on them without stumps and trees abandoned right there. Or along the pipe along a ladder, if there is one. 3. But strangely enough, two adult men with a full set of luggage are rushing through the entire moss swamp, and the bastard does not fall through. The only thing is that through the rut (this is where everything shakes under your feet) you need to drive empty, not an ATV for the sake of your own life (and the life of a comrade too). So last year I went there for blueberries, cranberries, and mushrooms, where UAZs and Padzherikis just rest. 4. By the way, despite its all-terrain wheels, it holds up well to asphalt and generally hard ground, of course not a passenger car, but it can do 90-95 km/h, it’s just worth the noise. 5. There are a lot of arguments about the variator belt here and everyone is different: some for one ride, some for 500 km, some for 1000. I responsibly declare that if you drive wisely, don’t go extreme, and use a lowering gear and a winch while you’re at it, then you can know about the existence of a belt don't remember. By the way, on my snowmobile I would fly into the trash at full speed for 2500 km, but this was after I once set it on fire, burying the snowmobile chest-deep in a snowdrift in the bushes. 6. About childhood diseases. Of course, Stels (any kind), not Arctic Cat, so my tractor is no exception and the entire first season was filled with selfless struggle against them. Either the battery terminal unscrews, or the tip of the spark plug comes off, and according to the law of meanness, all this is either in the middle of a 200 m long puddle with 20 cm of thick clay at the bottom, or simply far from civilization. But the climax of the setup was the spontaneous unscrewing of the candle (by half) during a fishing trip on the first ice. Not immediately understanding what was going on, I got there, burning almost all the gasoline (100 km from home, by the way), but the tractor was brought back on a handcar. Fortunately the railway The director of the route, a good friend, was also nearby. Here is an explanation for the first point of my story. 7. Conclusion! The tractor for its 300 rubles is very good, I think that both the 700H and other Stels for the money they ask for are very worthy competitors to imported analogues for 500-700 rubles. Besides, apart from the little things, nothing seriously breaks down, the engine and gearbox are simply amazing, the chassis in terms of travel is also up to par and strong. And having overcome childhood diseases, or preventing their occurrence at the initial level of operation, you can drive throughout the warm season. Well, with the ground freezing and snow falling, welcome to the snowmobile!
With respect to all quad maniacs! Koltych from Tobolsk.
Reviews
- The Stealth 700 Dinli ATV was purchased back in 2010. The mileage on the model was small, only 450 kilometers. There was only one owner. After adjusting and replacing some minor elements I decided to take it for a ride. The first trip was wonderful, as were the rest. After that, my friends and I drew up a route of 139 kilometers. But as it turned out, this was a strong test of the ATV. At the end of our run, many malfunctions and breakdowns were identified. The wings were cracked from tree branches, the differential lock began to fail badly, the muffler became loose, and the variator began to creak. All this had to be replaced, which hit the pocket hard. Later I sold this quadric completely because the maintenance was too expensive and the reliability left much to be desired.
- I recently bought a new Dinley 700. I drove it for about 110 kilometers and encountered one very unpleasant problem: when starting it when cold, there is an unpleasant sound of a chain clanking against the housing on the left side of the engine. The engine itself runs very unstable for some time and tends to stall. I contacted my friends about this issue, and it turned out that chain sounds are a common problem, since the tensioner does not create the necessary tension. The second problem was solved by adjusting the fuel system. As long as the ATV is in good working order, it is quite excellent, but when breakdowns begin, this is where all the difficulties come. I would like to note that other models seem to be easier in terms of maintenance.
Technical characteristics of Stels ATV 700
As you already understand, the main advantage of this model is its engine, which, coupled with excellent components, can go to the most unexpected places. In order for the Stealth 700 Dinli ATV to work at high speeds as best as possible, it was decided to install liquid cooling. Also, for better cross-country ability, it is possible to operate in both all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive.
The ATV is perfect not only for adventures, but also for long trips, because with low consumption it has a tank of 20 liters. Stels ATV 700 is an ideal option for hunters and extreme sports enthusiasts. With high-quality tires, the equipment has the opportunity to travel perfectly on a regular asphalt road. The maximum speed is 110 km/h.
If you are a fan of Stels brand ATVs, we recommend looking at reviews of other models, namely the Stels 500 and the less powerful Stels ATV 300 model.
Meeting of Opponents
The next stage of testing the STELS ATV DINLI 700 ATV was sandy tracks. Experienced drivers overcame mud obstacles no less deftly than on the Grizzly. It was at this most difficult section that our Anapa comrades joined us. under the saddle of one of which there was a restyled AVM. We could not resist the real opportunity to bring two opponents together on the same battlefield. DINLI won the maneuverability test. its turning radius is 3.30 m, diameter is 6.60, for AVM it is radius 4.40, diameter 8.80, plus the weight of the STELS creation is significantly lower than that of the brainchild of Balt-Motors - 298 kg and 337 kg, respectively, which is also noticeable affected ease of control. Therefore it is not surprising. that DINLI speed indicators were higher. The only thing that was different. — results of measurements on the quad speedometer and GPS. In the first case, the number 101 was displayed. In the second, 91. And this. Admittedly, this is not the limit of the capabilities of the “utility”, which could easily accelerate to great heights if not for the limited capabilities of the direct line required for such research.
Hero of the day
A two-seater ATV, STELS 700 is assembled at the Russian enterprise Zhukovsky Motozavod from ATV kits from the Taiwanese DINLI factory and is equipped with a powerful winch. kenguryatnik. alloy wheels, footrests for the second passenger, mirrors. locking front differential, turn signals, LCD display with hour meter and rear trunk. Impressive overall dimensions, low-range all-wheel drive, independent rear and front suspension, high-quality, and most importantly, affordable spare parts. Practical for a utilitarian quad, water cooling, cardan transmission, tow bar, alloy wheels, disc brakes.
The tests begin
The very first day of the quad ride allowed us to test the driving characteristics of the DINLI 700 in three elements at once: in the mountains, on the water and, finally. on the cross track. We started “killing” the quadric at the training ground - we put it “on the goat” and drove a fairly long section of the road. The quadric also felt great on the two side wheels. The next test for the ATV was overcoming a powerful water obstacle, the ATV was flooded “up to its ears”, not all like-minded brothers can cope with this. The power allowed the rear wheels to slip not only from a standstill, but also while driving.
Incomparable among equals
It was possible to find an equal competitor to the “utilitarian” with a 700 cc engine among its relatives of Asian origin only in the Yamaha Grizzly 700 model range; among the closest competitors of Baltmotors, the most worthy rival was perhaps the AVM 500, but the difference of 200 cc was confusing. The algebra with the size of the herd under the hood was even more puzzling - 32 horses for the Chinese and 58 for the Russian-assembled Taiwanese. Taking into account the difference in price between the second and the first of literally thirty thousand, the insignificant overpayment for 26 additional forces tilted the judging clearly not in favor of the Chinese.
Summary
Why did DINLI’s closest competitor still come from an ATV with a five hundred cc engine, and not the “Japanese” mentioned above and similar in cubic capacity? The reason is simple - the price of the issue. Compared to the cost of a 700 cc Grizzly, the price for DINLI is actually 2 times lower, while in all other respects the ATVs are quite comparable. To be frank. then at this price this is a more than decent ATV. With regard to Taiwanese origin, one thing can be said - this is an exclusively subjective factor. Some are not so famous. like a Japanese, genes can confuse, but some people don’t care about them, they are primarily interested in driving abilities and only then in the nameplate on the false radiator grille. But the citizenship of a brand currently says nothing about its origin.
