However, often the financial side of the issue makes its own adjustments and somewhat sobers the heated spirit of the newly minted motorcyclist. It is logical that many, as their first two-wheeled vehicle, instead of top-end ultra-modern and high-tech iron horses, are considering options among the secondary market offers, time-tested motorcycles that have earned recognition among motorcyclists around the world. “Kawasaki-ZZR-600” is a motorcycle that has faithfully served several generations of riders. It has been produced in various variations since 1989. This alone suggests that the bike turned out to be very successful. Kawasaki ZZR 600 is a representative of the “sport touring” motorcycle class. Tourist qualities are presented in the form of a more comfortable landing than in “sports”, a wide and softer seat, which is comfortable for both the driver and the second number. It was love, well, I wait for the morning, call, ask everything that interests me, take a day off from work, make an appointment, go from Kiev to Chernivtsi)) I’m driving, on the way I watch videos in Helmet about what to watch, just like the first my purchase of a vehicle... and now we meet in the parking lot of some shopping center, what do we see?: -Motor without scratches or the like, just painted -Live tires, kontik, albeit from 2015 -All instruments work, except for the fuel level light.

In general, as I look now almost two years later, there wasn’t much brains that season and I just, by a happy coincidence, didn’t crash anywhere and survived))
For the Autumn-Winter-Spring they came from somewhere, a full outfit was bought, the spendthrift was dragged from outside the city to the capital and rushed to the new one, only this time with the head (well, almost)
Almost daily rides, new acquaintances, we even burst into a retro exhibition, first trips to the races! o_O You can throw sticks and stones, but yes, I drove it on Drage)) And probably only those who have experienced those feelings will understand what it’s like when you roll out to the start line for the FIRST time, this won’t happen the second time, everyone expects something from you, and something inside you is trembling, and in your head there are only thoughts, “So, so, so, the main thing is not to sleep through the green signal.” Of course, that time I lost, and my opponent was z1000, but in any case, this is a memory with me for the rest of my life)) )) And how well he rolled when Brian tuned, cleaned, synchronized the carbs, and Vitalik found the lost mass, then there was just the first, albeit tiny, lift to the rear wheel)
There were also repairs
and there were troubles, of course, twice I flew in one direction, and the Zizer in the second, there is only one conclusion - the equipment is definitely worth its money, and it works, even though the speeds were not high. (No need to break the basic rules and overestimate your capabilities) Strangely enough, it I escaped with only scratches on the plastic and a broken boss on the clutch handle.
What is the moral of this post? 1) The Zizer is a near-ideal motorcycle for a beginner, a first-season rider, even someone who has ridden a scooter before can ride it. Why so: -high morale and relatively low price - this is really a sports tour, it has a normal seating position, it is soft like a sofa, eats up a lot of bumps, - besides, it is competitive against many 600-current cars (in the city), but in parties with liters It’s a little difficult for him - cheap to service, fill up with Motul 5100, change the filter, and fill up with gasoline

During my time of owning it, we had: - the carbs went out of sync, - the battery waved, - the rear pads came to an end, - the speedometer drive died, - the key in the tank broke (ohhh how we tried to open it with minimal damage - there was a problem with the ignition system, what exactly is it?

Dimensions and weight

Chassis and brakes
The bike is equipped with an aluminum frame. It has an unobtrusive appearance and does not catch the eye. And many will find only advantages in this circumstance, because for such a motorcycle nothing more is needed. The alloy wheels of this model are very simple in shape. The steering wheel is comfortable and of standard sizes.
The rear suspension is a pendulum version with a monoshock absorber, with all adjustments. At the front there is a telescopic fork with dimensions of 41 mm. All adjustments are also available. The rear brakes are a 220mm disc with a single-piston caliper. The front brakes are two discs, each 280 mm with six-piston calipers.
Transmission
There is an opinion that the ZZR 600 gearbox is not particularly reliable; in particular, there are often problems with overhang or difficulty engaging second gear. It should be noted that such rumors are not unfounded. However, difficulties with the gearbox can only arise if you neglect the ZZR 600 operating instructions, which specifically state that working with the gearbox when switching lower gears is allowed only if the crankshaft speed is not higher than five thousand units of measurement.
