Dig a little deeper and you'll find that most of them are either passing on outdated information or something they learned second-hand. There is information from people who own them, but it takes a bit of time and most of their advice can be boiled down to "as long as you maintain it, you'll be fine." Of course, for beginners, a little information about motorcycle maintenance is a useful skill to develop. Even after replacing the tires with better ones and replacing some components, the price will still be significantly less than a motorcycle from a more famous brand. It's worth keeping in mind that when Japanese companies started selling their motorcycles here, they were similarly criticized, but within a few years the quality improved and Japanese motorcycles became some of the best and best-selling motorcycles in the world. Firstly, they mostly cost the same as the iPhone X or a little more. And at the same time, even though they are Chinese, they are still new and under warranty. And the quality is improving from year to year. That is, in fact, for the price of an expensive, but still some kind of phone, you can buy a means of transportation. Secondly, this two-wheeled vehicle doesn’t care about traffic jams, speed bumps (if you know how to pass them) and the lack of parking space. You move faster than by car. Thirdly, fuel consumption is a ridiculous 2-3 liters per 100 km. Fourth and finally, even these bikes are fun to ride. Because four wheels carry a body, and two... However, a beaten one.

Like the iPhone, you can rent a motorcycle in installments - the dealer has certain offers. And this is the most important thing, you don’t even have to read further. I came, picked up the motorcycle and drove off. Pay yourself a small amount once a month. Like a refrigerator, only a little bigger. True, it’s twice as much, but you can’t drive a refrigerator to work.

Actually about the motorcycles themselves. At first glance, everything is fine. The build quality is relatively good for a "China" product; nothing falls off or has much play. The flash on the parts is also not noticeable. Welded seams do not frighten you with their simplicity.

There are some that are a little unclear: what, for example, is the point of a 250 cc chopper for 5,900 rubles? For this money you can get a normal used Japanese car. Because chopper is such a topic that for a beginner you can take almost any cubic capacity, without the stage of 125-250 “cubes”.

But among them there is simply a pearl.

You will be surprised, but the coolest bike is the smallest in the line. And his name is 100-C Pony.

He is the most interesting and the most stylish.

It’s unclear what class it should be classified into, probably “mini-scrambler.” During the test drive, all participants called it “small” and were delighted after driving it. In all seriousness.

Because it's not a motorcycle - it's style. You throw on something more fashionable, put on a café racer style helmet - and go “hang out” on Oktyabrskaya or Zybitskaya. The girls will be delighted.

It’s easy to even load into the trunk of a station wagon, you just have to solve the problem of gasoline leaking from the cap: either drain the gasoline or remove the tank. In general, a multi-tasking horse.

It’s a pity, it’s not suitable for the highway: the “maximum speed” is only 80 km/h. The engine capacity, as well as the weight of the motorcycle, is 100 cc. But from the start it drives quite well for its cubic capacity, and besides, the test version is still at the running-in stage. After it, all Chinese motorcycles begin to ride faster by 30%. But for some reason, fuel consumption is not the smallest in terms of technical characteristics - 2.8 liters. The rest have 2.2-2.4 liters per 100 km. But all this needs to be verified in practice. There are only four gears, they all shift down. Pony costs 2550 rubles, or 1232 dollars. The most important thing is category “A1”, that is, you do not need to undergo training. You came, passed the "eight" - and for two years you ride with pleasure on a mini-scrambler and style.

Enduro with the “uncomplicated” name LF200GY-3B is the main competitor of the M1NSK X250 this season. But its engine is 25 cc smaller, the frame looks thinner, as does the fork. The instrument panel is sparse, there is no chain catcher, as well as handle protection. For some reason, the price is slightly higher - 2950 rubles, or 1425 dollars. But you won’t understand enduro on asphalt, it’s too early to draw conclusions. I liked that the gears shift very clearly. The fit is slightly lower, which is more convenient for short people. In any case, there has always been a problem with lightweight enduro bikes on the market; for some reason everyone needs “sporty” bikes. Yes, and last season the X250s somehow ended quickly. So we have nothing against it.

There are also “sportsmen”. More precisely, one model with the “memorable” name LF200-10P. There are also 200 cubes, but the power is 17 hp, and not 13.9, like the enduro. And all thanks to the injection machine - dear mother! - injection system. The price is 5300 rubles, or 2550 dollars, but the quality is also felt. And it “undermines” quite well for such a volume. Again, it’s difficult to evaluate the ride on a small platform, but he clearly goes faster than everyone else. In principle, an ideal motorcycle for girls.

Especially for motorcycle schools, the line includes LF150-13 for 2250 rubles, or 1080 dollars. 150 “cubes” is neither fish nor fowl. That is, it is not suitable for a beginner with category “A1”, and it is not suitable for a motorcyclist who has completed a motorcycle school course. But for motorcycle schools that teach category “A”, this is a normal topic.

There are two “streets” in the line - LF150-10B and LF200-16C (also downright romantic names). The purposes are the same - city motorcycles. “One hundred fifty” with a liquid-cooled engine is more expensive than “two hundred”: 3950 and 3150 rubles. respectively. The first has a power of 12.4 hp, the second - 14.7. But there is a choice, with “streets” after the departure of the successful C4 250 model, the market is a failure.

The LF250-B chopper has the shortest name in the line. And it is the most powerful thanks to as many as two cylinders - 17.6 hp. It “sounds” good and looks good too, although it’s small. But the test sample clearly had something wrong with the fuel mixture. There are questions about the intended purpose of such a motorcycle for 5900 rubles, or 2850 dollars. But some people like such motorcycles - we have nothing against them.

Most of all, of course, I was “hooked” by Pony: cheap, stylish, with good mood! You can simply fall in love with this toy. In second place is the “sport” with an injection engine, which feels of normal quality, although not without nuances. It’s not bad for girls, for practicing riding on the knee, and for beginners who like “sports”, in principle, too. The editors are traditionally partial to enduro - it’s good when there is a choice. Otherwise, motorcycles are just like motorcycles. The dealer promises the availability of spare parts, service too, and there is an installment plan. What else does?
