Verdict
Racer Enduro RC150 GY impresses primarily with its price. Most of the problems that arise with this motorcycle can really be solved on your own if you have a tool and straight hands. If you use a motorcycle in the city, it will live a little longer and create fewer problems.
The Chinese motorcycle industry has pleased the world with another dual-purpose motorcycle. This is the Racer Enduro RC150 GY. The joy, frankly, is dubious, but on the other hand, its purely nominal cost will allow you, while lying in the hospital, to revel in the thought of the money saved on the purchase of an enduro.

Appearance of the Racer Enduro RC150 GY motorcycle
When producing the Racer Enduro RC150 GY, the Chinese clearly treated the build quality and materials with oriental fatalism. Most of all, it resembles sneakers from heaven, getting wet after the first rain. It looks bright and looks like a motorcycle, but it’s worth taking a closer look...
Glass plastic. It pricks, breaks and cracks upon any contact with the ground. How this can be installed on a motorcycle with the word “Enduro” in the name is not clear. The metal of the frame, fasteners for attachments and the steering wheel is plasticine. At the same time, it practically does not cook. The engine is not only weak (despite the fact that it was copied from the Honda SL 230), but also completely unsuitable for off-road use, either in terms of traction or performance. This was the first generation Racer Enduro RC150 GY. However, the manufacturer quickly realized what had happened. And... drum roll - released the second generation of this motorcycle. True, this did not make it any better, but its positioning changed - instead of “the most affordable off-road motorcycle” it became “an inexpensive city motorcycle with off-road potential.”
Price Racer Enduro RC150 GY
Price is the main (and, in general, the only) advantage of this motorcycle. In the showroom, the new Racer Enduro RC150 GY can be purchased for 65,000 – 69,000 rubles. According to second-hand advertisements, a used motorcycle can be found for 25,000 - 40,000 rubles.

Tuning Racer Enduro RC150 GY
Here, as they say, the field is unplowed... Tuning this motorcycle is possible and necessary, and even recommended. Start with complete disassembly “down to the screw” and replace these same screws and nuts with non-Chinese ones. Or at least stretch it out, placing each one on sealant. Everything will have to be modified - the headlight (doesn't shine), the engine (doesn't run), the wheels (don't spin, but aren't of normal size - won't fit, the rear swingarm needs to be changed). There are also quite a few engineering miscalculations to be resolved, for example, such as a suction hidden behind the wiring harness.
-What is your name? -Lemon -And your full name? -Lmitry. Good luck to everyone Lmitry. Below I would like to describe my impressions of my first motorcycle in the first 2 months and the first thousand kilometers. Spoiler - in general, everything is good, but there are nuances. Those interested, please go under cat. The most stubborn test photo from a drone and off we went.
Before, in fact, the review, I would like to show a relaxing video of me and the Crocodile riding along country roads.
If you are interested, the area is very close to Moscow between Nosovikhinskoye and Entuziastov highways.
A very pleasant road for relaxation.
Now let's get down to business. I have no experience in the motorcycle industry. At all. I don't have any motorcycle friends. At all. There was no IZHA/URAL in the village either. Therefore, only your own intuition and forums on the Internet. I chose my motorcycle thoroughly, counting my pennies. I thought that in my 30s I could find myself a device worthy of my high self-esteem. It turned out what happened. The crocodile is green and ringing. Behind me is a break-in (I finished it at 800-900, because because), 2 maintenance (one at the dealer, the other in the yard), trips to work at +6 and one fall with my face into the mud with a somersault over the steering wheel. The opinion is more or less formed. So, about the pros: -It's lightweight. Like a bicycle with a motor. -He's as simple as a log. My first motor with a carburetor. -He is pretty. The headlight is round - everything will fit. There are already 4 trunks!!! (I have 3, I removed the front one). I didn’t care, I took away 25 phones just by tying this huge box. -He eats less than my one-year-old son. -Passability. They say that even sportbikes have this, but it’s new to me that I can ride anywhere. -Willy makes no proofs. The drone refused to fly in the parking garage. -Extremely convenient as far as one can say about a budget Chinese product. - It sunk into my soul. Yes, that's also a plus.
Is the list short? Then look at the list of cons . -He's really slow . Yes, you shouldn’t expect cosmic speeds from a 150 engine, but not to the same extent. If it holds up well in traffic in the city, then on an empty highway it becomes clear that there is not enough power. Years with the UAZ have taught me Zen, so I can drive calmly in the right lane. The car goes 90 km/h... but it’s tense (although, rather, I’m tense from the speedometer in the red zone). He is comfortable at 70-80. Maybe install another driven star? Overclocking is not as important to me as maximum speed. -The speedometer is blatantly lying . In the most impudent way! And 0-40 doesn’t lie. 40-90 lies +10km/h. 90-120 is already lying at 20!!! That is. The speedometer says it's 100. And the phone with Yandex nafigator is like, "bro, you're driving 80-85 in total." By some miracle I accelerated to 120 on the speedometer, and the navigator said “100? lol, my grandma runs faster after the bus with a stick.” In general... zen. -Quality of parts . The topic has already been beaten up and down. But I'll tell you my story. When I unscrewed the drain plug, the “skirt” with the rubber ring flew off with a ringing sound. The oil doesn't seem to be leaking, but a residue remains. When I fell into the mud, I bent the footrest and the crash bar. What's the point of such an arc? I removed all the hardware except the trunks. The rest of the connections seem to be holding well. The chain, by the way, only stretched when there was no road. So everything is fine. The turn signal relay died. I don’t know what to replace it with. It still works, but in 3 cases out of 10. I give hand signals - Build quality . Here, too, many copies are broken. I'll tell you about mine. A screw(!) came loose(!) in the speedometer(!!!) how? No idea. After the purchase I had to hand over everything. It’s amazing how I didn’t lose the engine in the first kilometers. This implies the following: - Vibrations. After 2 maintenances they became much smaller, but still in the range of 5500-6000 when releasing the gas there is a clanging and vibration of everything possible. -Box . On a hot engine, it is physically impossible to catch the clutch on a stationary bike. The paw becomes tight and jumps from 1 to 2 and from 2 to 1 at once. It's easy to catch while moving. In the cold too. It's just as easy with the engine off.
It seems that this is all that could be revealed a thousand kilometers away. The wall of text is large, but in fact these are such little things in comparison with the emotions it gives. Yes, he's not perfect. But he's the first. And mine. He is driving. It drives quite well and there are not enough stars in the sky. Will I change it? Without a doubt. But for my first season I will only ride the Crocodile. And maybe not only the first one. I really liked it. I want to go on a long trip in it. I'm already choosing a place and writing a route.
Thank you for reading to the end. I really appreciate it. As a nice bonus, here's a big lemon for you.

I will be an endurist,
I have owned this miracle for the second season. I bought a new one at the dealership, under warranty and with a title. Now I'm trying to save money and exchange it for a motorcycle. The main points that I noticed: after purchase, everything needs to be stretched and lubricated. And yet, everything becomes loose and weakened. Ignition and electrics live their own bright and eventful life. Either it won’t start at all, or it stalls in the middle of the road at a speed of 90 km. I filled all the switches and connectors with silicone sealant, it seems to be better... The tidy shows anything but accurate readings. The TRIANGULAR speedometer completely killed it. The fork is incredibly soft. It even hits speed bumps once. Is this really enduro? The steering wheel bends, the tires skid on the asphalt, and float and become washed out off-road. If I had known that this would happen, I would have walked and saved.
What is it suitable for, where is it used?
The cross-country Enduro 150 can be called a universal type. It will be a great bike for a beginner. It is on it and similar models that it is convenient to learn balance, control and maneuverability on the roads.
The motorcycle is capable of performing the functions of a motocross unit. Therefore, it is also preferred by beginners and experienced motocross participants. On Enduro it is easy to overcome off-road tracks, as well as perform various tricks when jumping on springboards. Unlike true cross-country motorcycles, this Enduro is designed to overcome not closed tracks, but long stretches of road with a complete absence of roads.
The Racer Enduro 150 handles easily on paved trails. It is convenient to use as a vehicle for travel; moreover, its dimensions allow you to load an additional 50 kg (excluding the weight of the motorcyclist), and low fuel consumption will make the trip economical.
Racer Enduro 150 is more suitable for short people. Tall motorcyclists will find it uncomfortable to ride it over long distances.
Pros and cons of Racer Enduro RC150 GY
Advantages and disadvantages of the Racer Enduro RC150 GY motorcycle
pros
- The undoubted advantages include low cost. Joining the world of enduro for 70,000 rubles, even if only nominally, is worth it.
- Racer Enduro RC150 GY will be a good gift for a teenager who dreams of turning the nuts on his OWN motorcycle in order to accustom his offspring to independently repair and care for equipment.
- Finding spare parts for the Racer Enduro RC150 GY is not a problem; their cost is also low.
Minuses
- Racer Enduro RC150 GY can be considered a motorcycle, but whether it can be made into one is a question.
- Everything will break, burst, rot and rust, especially if the owner actually tries to use the Racer Enduro RC150 GY as an enduro.
- The quality of spare parts is not far from the quality of the motorcycle itself.
- Selling it, like any “Chinese”, will be quite difficult.
Brand Features
Motorcycle manufacturer Racer has a factory in China that produces more than 100 thousand units of goods every year. The products of this brand have been sold on Russian territory for more than 10 years. The company's full-fledged production allows it to assemble motorcycles using a conveyor belt method, as well as equip them with parts of its own manufacture. For example, the Racer Enduro 150, whose technical characteristics are worthy of special attention, is the result of the production of high quality parts.
The company produces cross-country models, enduro, cargo tricycles, road and sports bikes. The company also produces scooters and mopeds. The design of the equipment is borrowed from famous Japanese concerns. The technical parameters of all samples meet international standards.
The company has several branches in Russia. These include sales offices and warehouse terminals. Buyers are given the opportunity to purchase not only motorcycles, but also spare parts.
General conclusion
Racer Enduro RC150 GY impresses primarily with its price. Most of the problems that arise with this motorcycle can really be solved on your own if you have a tool and straight hands. If you use a motorcycle in the city, it will live a little longer and create fewer problems. If the Racer Enduro RC150 GY is regularly used off-road, the cost of maintaining it will be comparable to the cost of maintaining a 500th KTM. Useless for long-distance travellers. Suitable as a country motorcycle for “light” trips to the river, mushroom picking (Not far! Pushing its 99 kg weight home along the countryside is still a pleasure) or to the store.
Tuning is limitless and necessary. And most importantly, its owner will be able to participate in heated discussions and leave reviews on motorcycle forums in topics about the quality of Chinese motorcycles. While the others are riding.
Specifications
Although this particular model is not so popular among motorcycle racers, those who are familiar with it say that this enduro is clearly underrated. However, you shouldn’t expect anything super-powerful from him either.
The main technical parameters of Racer Enduro 150 are as follows:
Engine | 4 bars, Racer |
Engine capacity | 148 cu. cm |
Power | 10.2 horsepower |
Maximum overclocking | up to 95 km/h |

The motorcycle is equipped with a Japanese-made carburetor. Control is carried out by a five-speed manual gearbox. The device starts in two ways: with a claw or with an electric starter.
The engine is weak even for enduro, but some owners of the motorcycle managed to accelerate it to 120 km/h. Anyone who wants to buy a powerful motorcycle for a small amount of money can upgrade the Enduro 150 by equipping it with a stronger engine.
The instrument panel is electromechanical and contains the following information:
- revolution table;
- tank volume indicator;
- speed sensor;
- current gear and rpm.
This panel is convenient for long journeys. At the same time, you can ride either light or with a motorcycle loaded up to 140 kg. The trip is only possible for one person.
The front suspension is telescopic, and the rear shock absorber is hydraulic.
The exterior design of the Racer Enduro 150 is made in the harsh style of the Land of the Rising Sun. The main body colors are green, orange, gray and brown. The lightness and maneuverability of the motorcycle is evidenced by its appearance: the steering wheel is low, the wheels are spoked with deep tread, allowing you to easily drive over bumps and holes without losing control of the motorcycle. Tires for the Racer Enduro 150 are sourced from Taiwan.
When traveling long distances, you can hang additional trunks and boxes. For this purpose, additional fastenings are provided. There is a small luggage compartment under the seat.
