There is absolutely nothing superfluous in this motorcycle, and when creating it, the designers clearly adhered to one single principle - as long as it was cheaper. And by the way, they succeeded. Racer Trophy 110 is unlikely to help boost self-esteem, get a dose of adrenaline or show off on the road, but it will do an excellent job with everyday routine work such as traveling on business. It’s cheap, it’s even cheaper to maintain, and what else do you need from a utilitarian motorcycle? Therefore, Racer Trophy will certainly find its buyer.
Technical characteristics of Racer Trophy RC110N
The simpler, the more reliable! At the very least, this is the mantra you should repeat to yourself more often if you decide to purchase the Racer Trophy 110. Imagine the simplest motorcycle you can imagine, like the Soviet Minsk or Voskhod, and you will get a rough idea of what what is our Chinese guest like? Steel frame, carburetor , which is installed on a good hundred Chinese bikes, alloy wheels, chain wheel drive... It really couldn’t be simpler. The Racer Trophy RC110N engine is a 110 cc 4-stroke 2-valve air-cooled unit with a power of 7 hp, capable of accelerating a light motorcycle to 80 km/h . 4 gears in its gearbox , not 5, but that’s enough for it. In addition, it is contraindicated for it to accelerate quickly, because it has primitive drum brakes , which are very durable, but not very effective.
But anyone can handle it purely physically, since the dry weight of the Racer Trophy is only 82 kg . At the same time, according to the manufacturer, the motorcycle can carry up to 150 kg of weight , which is quite good. The seat height is not high, but for objective reasons it is a bit cramped to sit on the bike. And the suspensions are also underwhelming - it’s clear that they are extremely simple, but they are also too soft, especially the front fork. Immediately there is a desire to replace the springs in it or at least fill it with oil of greater rigidity. The picture is completed by classic light optics and an equally classic dashboard, housed in two chrome glasses, and on which, by the way, there was even room for a tachometer. True, it is not clear why the Racer Trophy needs it, which is structurally incapable of reaching speeds of more than 80 km/h. But the volume of the gas tank is really disappointing - only 6 liters . Couldn't it have been at least 8 or 9? However, the fuel consumption of the Racer Trophy RC110N is low, and does not exceed 2-2.5 liters per 100 km , so this is quite enough.
Greetings! The season has finally begun (for some it never ended), and I decided to tell you about what happened to the Chinese alpha-like moped for 5 tons and a few kilometers. I agree that the mileage is not great; for the Japanese this is certainly not a mileage, and I am sure that many people know cases where the Chinese run for quite a long time without any major breakdowns. But whoever is still interested, please, under the cut))
Well, let's get started. I changed the light bulbs in the headlight a couple of times and the middle one burned out. As it turned out later, one contact simply oxidized. One ear of the fastening of the plastic chain protection burst; it was thrown away at the site where the breakdown was discovered. I never installed a new one. Now, when lubricating the chain, the shock absorber is filled with oil.
Previously unscrewed bolt on the muffler protection
made itself felt. The second bolt loosened, and the protection stuck into the road - fortunately, my friend and I were driving together on a dirt road and slowly. We jumped noticeably. Who knows what would have happened if it had stuck along the highway at 70 km/h into the asphalt.
I changed the speedometer bushings a couple of times (or xs as they are called, they are located in the wheel). The saddest failure was due to the quality of the new damper rubbers. After the old ones wore out
New ones were purchased, which lasted about 300 kilometers. At the same time, there was no hint of wear. It was an ordinary day, I was driving from the store and noticed that the moped was humming, but not moving. Looking at the rear wheel, I saw flying rubber crumbs
Actually, the partitions in the disk were all broken, and the quality of a penny consumable of 100 rubles would have cost me a new disk, but fortunately I found and bought a complete wheel for 1000 rubles, even with new tires)) I installed silicone dampers and don’t remember about them anymore.
The tachometer also stopped working; I didn’t try to find out the reasons; I was already used to it without it. The signal stopped working. After replacing the original air filter, the moped stopped gaining speed above 6 thousand. Despite differing opinions about the “zero” ones, it was installed, and everything went well. And it’s easier to change the NUlevik more often than to waste your nerves on replacing your original one.
Well, that's all about the moped. I don’t consider this to be a serious breakdown, because... they did not affect the driving performance, and I was already prepared for parts falling off even before the purchase; I knew what I was getting into. Otherwise, the moped continues to please me, I ride 60-70, although some say that on a 110 cc Chinese cruiser the cruiser is 80 km/h, but I try to take care of it. I use Liqui Moly oil and change it every 1500 km.
I also met the police for the first time))) It was fun to tell them “how much it eats” “how much it runs” and watch their freaking out when they found out that I drive it home on weekends 130 km one way))
One of the good things was that an alarm was installed, which upon subsequent inspection turned out to have no sensitivity adjustment. It is extremely insensitive. I read that you can set it using a key fob, but it didn’t work out for me, and no instructions were included with the alarm.
After the helmet was stolen, a new one was purchased (finally the hail doesn’t hit my lips and I can go to the store)))
And successfully bought a turtle for 2000 rubles.

- Low quality body kit elements. Moreover, this applies to both plastic and metal alloys.
- Weak generator . If you drive with high beams on, the battery does not charge properly and gradually loses charge, although not quickly.
- Strong vibrations at high speeds. For top gear this is true for approximately 70 km/h and above.

I work as a postman in a rural area, I travel constantly, and in two years the Racer Trophy has traveled almost 30k kilometers under me. I took it secondhand with about 10k mileage. Design
As already mentioned, the moped is made in a classic style. The suspension, frame, wheels and plastic elements are harmoniously combined into one. For safe riding, power arches are provided that will protect your legs from damage if you fall. There is a round headlight at the front. It reliably illuminates the road at night thanks to a special lens system.
The dashboard contains all the necessary elements, switches and buttons. The fuel tank has an elongated shape and smoothly “passes” to the seat. By the way, the seat can accommodate two people. The filler layer is sufficient, making the ride comfortable. There is a trunk at the rear for light loads, and a brake light is also located there.
